Where exactly is the door?
23A Jalan Panggong, first floor. Street level is a kopitiam; our door is the timber one beside it with a small brass plate. Ring the bell and someone comes down.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Two barbers and three chairs means the day is spoken for in advance, so everything runs on the book.
How do I book?
WhatsApp. Send a service, a day and a time; we confirm against the book and send deposit details.
Is there parking?
Street parking on Jalan Panggong is scarce after dark. Park at the REXKL lot on Jalan Sultan; the walk is four minutes.
What if I am late?
Fifteen minutes of grace. After that the slot is released and the next guest moves up.
Can I request a barber?
Yes. Name Ariff or Wai Kit in the message. If no chair is named, the book assigns whoever fits the slot.
Do you cut children's hair?
No. The room suits guests sixteen and up.
